Convenient off I-35 with great location for seeing Waco. Long level site with FHU. Wifi good. Clean park, huge number of RV sites. Great green areas and dog-park. Laundry and showers available. Fishing and swimming available. Supremely friendly staff.

This RV park is great. They have a couple of dog parks. One has lots of training obstacles. There’s a driving range, walking trail with outdoor exercise equipment, a gym, nice pool, most sites have concrete pads, some are covered. Love this park.
