What is your pet policy?
We’re happy to accommodate your furry friends! Rates allow a max of 2 pets per site. We cannot accept any aggressive breeds. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or common areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Short-term RV Sites
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund
- Reservations canceled within 72 hours will receive a partial refund, with a $20 cancellation fee
- Reservations canceled before 72 hours will receive a partial refund, with a $10 cancellation fee
- If you need to reschedule to another date before 24 hours of your reservation, we’re happy to accommodate the change of reservation. if there is a price difference in rates, you must pay the amount before we can re-book your reservation
Long-Term RV Sites
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund
- Reservations canceled within 72 hours will receive a partial refund, with a $50 fee
- Reservations canceled before 72 hours of the reservation will receive a $25 fee
Are there long-term residents?
Yes, we have a community of long-term residents and vacancy available. Check our rates page for our month-to-month pricing plan.
Do you sell propane? Ice? Amp converters?
Yes, yes, and yes. We can fill any size propane bottle safe for handling as well as RV tanks. 10 lbs bags of ice are available for sale as well as 30 to 50 amp converters and vice versa are available in the office.
Where do I take my trash?
Please place your trash in one of the two dumpsters located in the front and back. Use our park map to easily identify one of them.
What time is check-in and check-out?
RV Reservation
- Check-in: 1:00pm
- Check-out 11:00am
If you’d like early/extended access to your RV site or cabin, please call for availability. There is a $15 fee for adjusting your reservation.
Do you have a breakfast cafe?
We no longer offer our Friendly Cafe, but we are working on something exciting – coming soon!
Where is your business located?
I-35 RV Park is located north of Waco on the west side of Interstate 35 exit 346 Ross Rd. Our physical address is 15131 Interstate 35 Frontage Rd. Elm Mott, TX 76640.
Do you have pull-thru sites?
We have over 200 pull-thru sites! Nearly all of our sites can accommodate the largest RVs, including a trailer and tow behind.
